At Gym Religion we stand behind everything we sell. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a replacement or refund within 30 days of receipt.
Unfortunately we cannot take returns or exchanges on underwear due to sanitation issues.
Gym Religion is governed by UK Law (www.gov.uk/accepting-returns-and-giving-refunds).
This does not affect your statutory rights.

You can return or exchange purchases from Gym Religion by mail. If you are exchanging items, or returning items, please include our returns and exchange form inside the package informing us what you would like us to do. Unfortunately shipping costs cannot be reimbursed.
You must also provide proof of purchase (online receipt, gift receipt, shipping invoice, or member purchase history) for all returns and exchanges.
Since quantities may be limited, you can expedite an exchange by placing a new order and returning the unwanted merchandise.
Items can go out of stock quickly. As a result, we may not be able to make requested exchanges. If this is the case, we will refund your form of payment for the purchase amount.
When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond our control, which may be beyond the original delivery estimates. International orders may be subject to import duties or charges implemented by a specific country, we have no control over these fees and are not liable for the charges which may incur.
If you return or exchange a product by mail, we recommend that you ship your package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Gym Religion is not responsible for packages lost in transit without proof of tracking.
If a customer returns merchandise that does not meet conditions of our returns policy, it will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
To return or exchange an order by mail:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
On approval your refund will then be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first contact your credit card company or bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at: email@example.com
