Please note: These terms and conditions form a legally binding contract between Gym Religion and you, the customer. Your acceptance of the terms and conditions is given when you purchase goods from us.
Gym Religion reserves the right to change the terms and conditions under which the website and the goods are provided. Any such change in terms and conditions will be effective to all new orders once included in the text of these terms and conditions and published on the website.

- At Gym Religion, we try to ensure that all information on the website, including descriptions of our goods, and listed prices, are accurate and correct at all times. If a mistake happens with pricing or order availability we will do our best to resolve the matter.
- Kindly ensure your display settings are correct when viewing the colours of our products to avoid confusion. We include high quality shots of our products to enable the best judgement by the consumer to be made.
- You are responsible for ensuring that your login details, password and all other details in relation to your account remain confidential at all times.
PURCHASING GOODS ONLINE
You make an offer to purchase a product from us (your "order") by completing the staged process on the website as set out below:

- Enter login details
- Enter billing address details
- Enter delivery address details
Your order only constitutes an offer to purchase goods from us, and does not form a binding contract until accepted by us. Where you order more than one product your order contains a series of offers for each product individually.
We must receive full payment of the price of the goods before we can send any orders out. They will, however, be prepared for dispatch immediately upon purchase.
Gym Religion reserves the right to refuse any offers in an order prior to acceptance. If a product is not available you will be notified. A product which is not available will not be included in the contract for a product which is despatched.
Gym Religion Clothing reserves the right not to accept or to cancel your order at our sole discretion for any reason without liability if, among other things, the products are not available, are incorrectly priced or are otherwise incorrectly described. Accordingly, we shall not be liable for any error or inaccuracy in the photographs or graphical representations of our products displayed on the Gym Religion website.
Gym Religion is not responsible for any specific import tax on goods. It is your responsibility to understand any potential costs associated with bringing items into your country.
